Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admissions Representative to join our team and play a key role in recruiting and enrolling prospective students. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong understanding of the admissions process. As an Admissions Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and providing them with the information and support they need to make informed decisions about their education and future career paths.
Job Description:
1. Student Recruitment:
· Proactively reach out to prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to provide information about Unitech Training Academy's programs and answer any questions they may have.
2. Admissions Counseling:
· Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including assisting with application forms, gathering required documents
3. Relationship Building:
· Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, parents, high school counselors, workforce development, and other stakeholders to promote Unitech Training Academy and increase enrollment.
4. Information Sessions:
· Conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families to showcase Unitech Training Academy's facilities, programs, and resources.
5. Application Processing:
· Process student applications, review transcripts and other documents, and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
6. Follow-Up:
· Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest in Unitech Training Academy to address any concerns or questions and encourage them to complete the admissions process.
7. Data Management:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospective student interactions, applications, and admissions activities in the admissions database.
8. Team Collaboration:
· Collaborate with other members of the admissions team and campus staff to coordinate recruitment events, distribute marketing materials, and support overall enrollment efforts.
9. Training and Development:
· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to admissions and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
10. Ethics and Integrity:
· Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in all interactions with prospective students, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Unitech Training Academy's policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of admissions processes, financial aid options, and regulatory requirements in higher education preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with admissions management systems or CRM software preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate prospective student appointments and events.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
