Job Description:
- Leadership and Vision:
- Provide visionary leadership to ensure the achievement of campus goals and objectives aligned with the overall mission of Unitech Training Academy.
- Campus Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including academic programs, student services, facilities management, and administrative functions.
- Student Success:
- Foster a student-centric culture by promoting a supportive learning environment, implementing retention strategies, and addressing student concerns.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise campus staff, including faculty and administrative personnel, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative team.
- Compliance and Accreditation:
- Ensure campus compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and Unitech Training Academy policies.
- Financial Management:
- Manage budgetary responsibilities, allocate resources effectively, and contribute to financial sustainability.
- Community Engagement:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with the local community, businesses, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the campus's reputation.
- Enrollment Growth:
- Collaborate with the admissions department to develop and implement strategies for increasing student enrollment and retention.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Educational Management (Doctoral degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in an educational setting, preferably in higher education.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, accreditation, and institutional policies.
