Key Responsibilities :
The HR business partner model is to integrate HR professionals more thoroughly into business processes and to align their day-to-day work with business results. The HR Partner is a thought leader aligning HR strategies with business unit objectives. They partner with functional business teams to establish and implement HR programs / initiatives fostering organizational and people development and achieve the business teams’ goals. The HR Partner is skilled in building effective relationships with employees at all levels of an organization as well as union leaders and HR colleagues. They have a demonstrated ability to create and execute successful programs which contribute positively to a business’s people and culture goals. Key skills and abilities include coaching, change management, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
Strategic partnership and Alignment
- Develop and sustain positive partnerships across the organization to provide HR services that support the achievement of the business objectives of the organization
- Maintain a high level of business acumen about the business unit’s core function, financial position, mid-range plans, culture and goals.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to curate a strong, diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.

The base pay range for this role is $99, to $135,
The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.

Salary : $99 - $135
