Key Responsibilities :
As Manager – Strategic Planning , you’ll lead decision-making, analytics, reporting, and data management for aircraft maintenance planning. You’ll drive projects that balance routine maintenance and special modification projects, ensuring cost efficiency and safety while supporting fleet optimization.
- Lead regular reviews of airframe activity, analyzing trends in fleet, labor, and facilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement aircraft maintenance strategies to optimize costs and ensure safety.
- Provide detailed performance analysis for maintenance checks, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Production and Support teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage resource allocations to support maintenance check activity and ensure alignment with senior leadership.
- Coordinate maintenance planning with internal and external facilities to meet airframe heavy check requirements.
- Partner with production leadership and support departments to align activities with strategic maintenance goals.

The base pay range for this role is $99, to $135,
The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
