Reports To : Manager, Design Engineering
SUMMARY :
United Alloy is currently seeking a skilled Drafter with experience in 3D CAD modeling using Autodesk Inventor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models for our products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications. This role will collaborate closely with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions and improve our manufacturing processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create detailed 3D models and drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine product designs.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings and models.
- Support manufacturing processes by providing accurate drawings and models.
- Review and update existing drawings and models as needed.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of drawings and models.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) within our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency with design specifications.
