Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Invoicing Specialist to join our team. This position will ensure smooth, accurate, and timely billing for our customers, and assist with general record keeping, ensuring the company's financial records are in order.

Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurately prepare customer invoicing
- Maintain consistency in billing procedures across the company
- Resolve customer invoicing discrepancies with team collaboration
- Process customer payments and assist with processing
- Maintain and update customer records in our ERP
- Reconcile GL accounts and provide reporting support
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse departments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide back up Support for the Accounting Specialist
- An associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Two to four years' experience in billing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Able to create and update excel based reporting
- Capability to resolve issues while providing superior customer support
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
