Job Description:
We are looking for a high-caliber, results-driven Sales Associate with big-ticket sales experience to join our team in the Tyler Design Center. This is a high-impact role for top performers who can engage with serious buyers, build trust, and close deals efficiently. You’ll be responsible for managing leads, conducting consultations, and working closely with clients to match them with the perfect home plan and financing solution.
What You’ll Do:

Engage with qualified homebuyers, understanding their vision and needs.

Educate customers on our high-quality home designs, exclusive financing options, and seamless building process.

Manage high-value leads, follow up with prospective clients, and maintain strong relationships.

Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, providing expert guidance through the home-buying process.

Collaborate with the design, construction, and financing teams to ensure a smooth, stress-free customer experience.

Leverage our 12-month no-payment financing program to help customers achieve homeownership.

Proven experience in big-ticket sales, such as real estate, luxury goods, high-end retail, or automotive sales.
