Qualifications
- Strong background in manufacturing and production planning, specifically in plastics injection molding.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing principles and supply chain analytics.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with supply chain management and operations management practices.
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in plant management and process improvement.
- · Schedule 10 plastic injection molding machines while minimizing machine utilization
- Anticipate and mitigate potential issues or shortages that may interrupt production
- Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods for upcoming scheduled runs
- Identify opportunities for improvement regarding efficiency, cost reduction, and downtime
- Ensure timely delivery of all customer goods and proactively communicate any delays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
