What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Planner/Scheduler position at CONSULTREE CONSULTING SERVICES LLC?
Essential Duties:
· Schedule 10 plastic injection molding machines while minimizing machine utilization
· Anticipate and mitigate potential issues or shortages that may interrupt production
· Oversee the inventory of raw materials and finished goods for upcoming scheduled runs
· Identify opportunities for improvement regarding efficiency, cost reduction, and downtime
· Ensure timely delivery of all customer goods and proactively communicate any delays
Requirements:
· 5 years’ experience planning and scheduling plastic injection molding machines and labor
· Professional written and verbal communication
· Strong computer skills and knowledge of IQMS
· Meticulous attention to detail

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
