This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of $100,000 – $110,000 plus bonus and potential relocation assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Scheduling & Utilization
- Schedule 10 plastic injection molding machines , optimizing machine and labor use.
- Monitor production workflow to anticipate and address potential disruptions or shortages.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensuring readiness for scheduled runs.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Efficiency & Cost Reduction
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs / downtime.
- Continuously review production processes for potential optimizations.
- Delivery & Communication
- Ensure timely delivery of customer goods, proactively communicating any delays or issues.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with customer requirements.
