Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Duties
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage and update databases and records
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.78 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
