Shaping the lives of little ones is what we do at UCP Heartland's Child Development Center
College Students in Early Education Courses:
CURRENTLY HIRING PART TIME TEACHER'S AIDES
We help grow little people into thriving, socializing children! We encourage them to play, listen, count, learn their ABC's and teach them all about friendship and how to be a friend. We prepare them for kindergarten and all the things that start their journey to the learning world. But most of all, they have fun and soak up everything they are taught.
At UCP Heartland, our mission is to provide people with differing abilities the extraordinary care and support needed to thrive in school, at home, at work, and in the community.
You will assist the lead teacher, help in the classroom with therapists, developmental activities and actively participate and assist with Parent-Teacher conferences. You will help create and maintain a healthy environment that fosters children's social, emotional, intellectual and physical development, respecting each child's dignity and contribution.
Set goals and document children's goals in the classroom.
We are in search of part-time teacher's aides who have a valid driver license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of experience working with children.
