Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with new inquiries from potential students or families within 48 hours, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Track all leads in inquiry tracking report and share timely updates with relevant teams across all campuses.
- Actively engage with prospective families interested in services, providing them with comprehensive information, guidance on the enrollment process, including required documentation and timelines, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience.
- Schedule campus tours utilizing the tour scheduling tool and follow up with families to confirm attendance and address any questions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to families throughout the enrollment process.
- Track and report inquiry and enrollment metrics on the KPI dashboard.
- Assist in collecting and maintaining accurate data and performance metrics, ensuring accessibility and compliance through project management system.
- Provide insight on enrollment trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Assist with community outreach events to promote enrollment opportunities and strengthen referral networks.
- Present yourself professionally and embody the organization’s mission in all interactions with families, partners, and the community.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Training:
- AA degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
- High School diploma/GED required.
Minimum Experience:
- 1-2 years intake coordination or enrollment experience.
- Experience in school admissions procedures is preferred
- Experience in marketing or communication is preferred
- Experience working with families of children with disabilities is a plus
- Self-driven, confident, and capable of working independently
- Strong sense of urgency, ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, with excellent follow-through and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in digital application and tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Empathetic and compassionate, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in marketing campaigns targeting diverse audiences, including children and families with disabilities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and FERPA confidentiality policies.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
