What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inclusion Facilitator position at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Dane County?
Overview
Do you love otters, puppies, and all things cute? So do we! Join UCP as an Inclusion facilitator so you too can gush over all things cute, slimy, and shiny with our young client. Your role would be to support him in an afterschool care setting, helping him to stay regulated and participate in activities as scheduled.
Duties
- Build a strong caregiver/client relationship
- Hold professional boundaries
- Maintain positive and clear communication with supervisor and parent
- Collaborate with teachers to maintain safety and inclusion
- Assist with personal cares
- Be creative! Think on your feet.
- Be ready to have fun and get silly
- Be dependable!
Qualifications
- None required, but experience is a plus!
Schedule
- Monday: 3:10-5pm
- Wednesday: 3:10-5pm
- Thursday: 2:10-5pm
