Specialist/Call Center
$16hr Commission
pay increase @30 & 90 days
Full-Time(35-40hrs)
Part-Time(20-29hs)

We are looking for a Collections Specialist. Our representatives handle outbound calls while examining each person's financial situation. We negotiate and set up payment arrangements according to the individual situations
.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- · Contact consumers informing them they have delinquent accounts
- · Negotiate the best possible payment arrangement. The process involves reviewing account information in the collection software system, and asking questions of the consumer to better understand perceived obstacles to payment
- · Document all communications
- · Maintain call quality and productivity measures
- · Maintain a positive, problem solving approach and encourage collaborative relationships within a team environment

- Have strong typing skills
- Have strong problem solving skills
- Have basic computer skills
- Have organizational skills
- Have High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Bilingual is a plus
Paid 2 week training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.00 per hour
Scheduled increases at 30 days, 90 days and 180 days when these milestones are met.
