Do you love thrifting, design, and making a difference in your community? We’re looking for a Thrift Store Coordinator to bring creativity and leadership to our thrift boutiques. If you have an eye for merchandising, a knack for retail management, and a heart for service, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Create Eye-Catching Displays – Design fun and stylish layouts that enhance the shopping experience.
- Lead Store Operations – Keep multiple thrift stores running smoothly, ensuring they remain clean, organized, and inviting.
- Inspire & Guide Volunteers – Recruit, train, and motivate an amazing team of volunteers.
- Engage the Community – Plan promotions, boost PR efforts, and support fundraising initiatives.
- Manage Budgets & Inventory – Track finances, price inventory effectively, and maintain stock levels.
- Support Those in Need – Connect individuals with essential resources while fostering a welcoming community space.
- Continuously Improve – Identify opportunities to enhance store performance and customer experience.

Education & Experience:
- Degree in marketing, business, or related field 2 years of retail experience OR 6 years of combined experience in retail and management.
- Retail Expertise: Experience in store operations, merchandising, and supervision.
- Visual Merchandising Passion: Strong interest in store layout, displays, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Tech & Math Skills: Comfortable using cash registers, budgeting, and financial tracking.
