Builder Finance Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer Assistant
United Community is seeking a highly skilled Builder Finance Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer Assistant. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) is responsible for tracking and monitoring loan approvals and borrowers’ TRE as new loans are requested and closed. They receive new loan requests and act as a liaison with closing attorneys, loan officers, and borrowers. The LOA prepares, structures, and coordinates loan closings and renewals, ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. They obtain necessary pre-closing documentation and track required post-closing documents and financial information, reviewing all loan closing documents for accuracy.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support and customer service to Builder Finance loan officers and customers.
- Support a loan portfolio averaging $185MM-$220MM in commitments.
- Track and monitor loan approvals and borrowers’ TRE as new loans are requested and closed.
- Receive new loan requests and act as a liaison with closing attorneys, loan officers, and borrowers.
- Prepare, structure, and coordinate loan closings and renewals.
- Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Obtain necessary pre-closing documentation and track required post-closing documents and financial information.
- Review all loan closing documents for accuracy.
Requirements for Success:
