What You’ll Do:
- Application Management:
- Implement and maintain cutting-edge document management applications to meet evolving business needs.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain document management software.
- Oversee document management application servers and related storage solutions.
- Plan, test, and execute application upgrades to ensure alignment with company risk appetite and availability requirements.
- Solution Development:
- Utilize OnBase tools to create and manage Unity Workflow and WorkView solutions.
- Continuously enhance content management solutions by gathering information, evaluating operations, providing recommendations, and planning improvements.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.
- Technical Support and Training:
- Provide comprehensive training and documentation to technical staff and users.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data flows, and integrations.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work independently and collaboratively on enterprise projects and team assignments.
- Collaborate with vendors, bank infrastructure, and information security teams to ensure solutions meet reliability and security standards.
- Manage vendor relationships to evaluate and implement new document management technologies or solutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Adhere to change management controls and processes, ensuring compliance and regulatory documentation.
- Participate in periodic testing and implementation of contingency plans to ensure application availability in case of system failure.
- Commitment and Reliability:
- Demonstrate dedication to meeting deadlines and priorities, understanding that overtime and after-hours/weekend work may be required.
- Engage in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, and other internal and external training programs.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in designing, configuring, and maintaining content/document management forms, workflows, and automations.
Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent education, experience, and certifications.
Required Skills:
- Effective prioritization and deadline management.
- Strong technical problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proficiency in gathering requirements and solution analysis.
- Analytical and problem resolution skills, with experience in enterprise incident and problem management.
Preferred Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience administering OnBase document management platforms.
- OnBase issued certification is strongly preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not manage employees.
Working Environment and Physical Demands
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Up to 10% travel required.

Salary : $49,972 - $76,958
