About the Role:
The Private Wealth Resources Specialist is a key member of the United Community (UC) Private Wealth business unit, supporting client activities, department growth, and internal controls. Reporting to the Private Wealth Resources Team Leader, this role ensures that workflows and operational processes related to client onboarding, funds movement, tax payment processing, reconciliations, and other high-impact tasks are completed timely and accurately. This position combines administrative expertise, financial acumen, and customer service skills to provide a seamless Private Wealth experience for the team and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Central Point of Contact: Act as a central point of contact for the Private Wealth team to access wealth management tools and resources.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients, including gathering documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Account Management: Open new accounts, including asset funding, documents, files, statements, compliance, and CIP guidelines, checklists, and other special requirements.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Daily Processing: Assist in the daily processing of Wealth Management accounts, including processing daily reports, reconciliation, and settlement.
- Stay Updated: Stay up to date on internal systems, investment products, financial strategies, and compliance guidelines.
- Account Reviews: Complete periodic account reviews.
- Account Closure: Close accounts, including external communication with brokers, vendors, etc., to ensure the process is completed consistently with legal requirements and policy.
- Vendor Systems: Possess a strong knowledge of vendor systems as needed for processing account-associated tasks.
- Client Statements: Coordinate the production, research, and maintenance of client statements.
- Fee Processing: Coordinate fee processing and perform end-of-month fee reconciliation.
- Compliance Training: Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, and other internal and external training programs.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related role.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Working Environment
