Join our dynamic team at United Community (UC) Private Wealth as a Private Wealth Resources Specialist! Our 'Center of Excellence' supports client activities, department growth, and internal controls. Reporting to the Private Wealth Resources Team Leader, you'll ensure workflows and operational processes related to client onboarding, funds movement, tax payment processing, reconciliations, and other high-impact tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role blends administrative expertise, financial acumen, and customer service skills to deliver a seamless Private Wealth experience.

About The Role

  • Central Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for the Private Wealth team, providing access to wealth management tools and resources.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients, gathering documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Account Management: Open new accounts, manage asset funding, documents, files, statements, compliance, CIP guidelines, checklists, and special requirements.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Daily Operations: Assist in the daily processing of Wealth Management accounts, including reports, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on internal systems, investment products, financial strategies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Account Reviews: Complete periodic account reviews and manage account closures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and policies.
  • Vendor Systems: Maintain strong knowledge of vendor systems for processing account-related tasks.
  • Client Statements: Coordinate the production, research, and maintenance of client statements.
  • Fee Processing: Coordinate fee processing and perform end-of-month fee reconciliation.
  • Compliance Training: Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, and other internal and external training programs.
  • Additional Duties: Take on other duties as assigned to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-3 years in wealth management, financial services, or a related role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Required Skills:
    • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Proactive problem-solving approach.
    • Proficiency in financial systems, CRM tools, and portfolio management software.
    • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Knowledge of Trust Administration & Operations.
Schedule Flexibility

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Up to 5% travel required.
