United Community is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Technology Change Control Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our IT change processes, coordinating, reviewing, and documenting changes to our technology environment. This position offers hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks, business process development, and IT governance, all while being mentored by our Technology Change Control Director.
What You’ll Do:
- Change Advisory Board (CAB) Coordination: Organize and facilitate CAB meetings, maintain meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged in the change process.
- Risk Evaluation: Assess potential risks, impacts, and dependencies of proposed changes.
- Change Request Support: Assist business and IT application owners in submitting change requests, review submitted change requests for completeness and accuracy, ensure compliance with policies, request approvals from required groups, and schedule and coordinate approved changes with business and IT teams.
- Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Data Entry: Maintain accurate records in the CMDB, ensuring change records align with IT asset configurations.
- ITIL & Business Process Development: Gain hands-on experience with ITIL Best Practices and support continuous improvement of IT Change Control Processes.
- Compliance Monitoring: Review changes for non-compliance and manage unauthorized changes.
- Compliance Training: Participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Recent college graduate or entry-level experience in Information Technology.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
