Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide clinical services for individuals, children, and families, addressing behavioral, substance abuse, psychiatric, or emotional issues through assessments, treatment plans, and discharge planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client-centered care consistent with quality standards and evidence-based practices.
- Assess risk levels and develop appropriate care plans for clients of all ages.
- Offer on-call support during operating hours, including arranging referrals, reporting suspected child abuse, and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in clinical supervision, maintain open communication with supervisors and staff, and coordinate treatment with psychiatrists.
- Coordinate services with relevant providers within and outside our organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MA, MFT, MSW)
- Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) with CT state licensure
- Strong computer skills, including effective use of EPIC
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, with pay differential offered
