As a Technology Change Control Manager, you'll be at the heart of our IT operations, overseeing and managing the end-to-end Change Control process. Your mission: to minimize risks and disruptions while ensuring all changes are meticulously planned, tested, approved, and implemented. What You’ll Do
- Lead and Manage : Oversee the IT Change Control process, ensuring all production changes are reviewed, documented, and approved.
- Risk Evaluation : Assess potential risks, impacts, and dependencies of proposed changes.
- Facilitate CAB Meetings : Coordinate and document Change Advisory Board meetings.
- FSOC Maintenance : Update and publish the Forward Schedule of Change.
- Compliance Monitoring : Review changes for non-compliance and manage unauthorized changes.
- Post-Implementation Reviews : Assess success and lessons learned from changes.
- Effective Communication : Inform users and stakeholders about upcoming changes, risks, and impacts.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Training and Mentoring : Educate IT staff and stakeholders on Change Control tools and procedures.
- Log Analysis : Analyze Windows log files to identify and trace unauthorized changes.
- CMDB Management : Oversee the Configuration Management Database.
- Reporting : Produce weekly and monthly management reports.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in IT Change or Release Management.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Experience with Netwrix or similar Windows systems monitoring.
- Experience with ITSM solutions, preferably ServiceNow.
- Experience with building and maintaining a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Expertise in analyzing Windows log files.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on routine.
- Strong risk assessment and management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and business users.
- Training and mentoring capabilities.
- Ability to manage high-impact, time-sensitive business processes.
- Understanding of complex technology solutions and their interdependencies.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- ITILv4 Foundations certification.
- Banking experience is a plus.
