Job Title: Project Manager – Validation & Pharma (Only w2)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Validation and the Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of life science applications, capable of managing complex projects beyond just utilizing spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee validation efforts within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Change Control processes and effectively navigate them within life science applications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across various validation projects.
- Apply expertise in tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, BMC Remedy Change Management, GitHub, Lab, or Bitbucket for version control and code management. Proficiency in any of these tools is acceptable.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Validation Engineering (VE) and familiarity with GxP (Good Laboratory Practices) within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with various version control and code management systems.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and navigate complex regulatory environments.
