Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Customer Success Representatives to work alongside our Sales Team to ensure outstanding customer experiences before, during, and after project completion. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing sales, generating leads for the Sales Department, and following up on potential leads to drive success.
Important: This role will be actively assessed based on a successful closing ratio.
Essential Job Duties:
- Enhance sales performance by developing in-depth product knowledge and presenting proposals to customers through phone calls and Zoom presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to create an environment focused on closing deals with integrity and professionalism.
- Manage communications, including responding to emails, answering incoming calls, and interfacing with clients via email and other platforms.
- Log all customer interactions and leads using CRM tools and cloud-based applications.
- Act as an advocate for homeowners, ensuring they receive the highest-quality service.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments between customers and Project Managers while maintaining accurate calendars.
- Provide assistance to customers throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
- Perform follow-ups in a timely manner
- Coordinate contract adjustments with the Insurance Department as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in customer service and/or sales (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email platforms, and other cloud-based applications.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening and Saturday communications related to customer acquisition and team-building efforts.
- Ability to commute to the Myrtle Beach, SC office as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Flexibility for evenings and occasional Saturdays to support customer needs.
