Position Overview:
The Closer is a seasoned sales professional responsible for finalizing sales with prospective clients. Leveraging extensive sales experience and exceptional customer service skills, the Closer ensures a seamless and positive experience for homeowners. This role involves working closely with a team of Field Representatives who generate leads, canvas neighborhoods, and perform initial inspections. The Closer will also conduct on-site assessments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate agreements.
This position requires a hands-on approach, including roof inspections when necessary, and mandates participation in team training and building events to maintain high performance and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Closing
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to present roofing solutions and secure agreements with clients.
- Negotiate terms and ensure a smooth, efficient closing process.
- Follow up with leads and customers to address concerns, provide updates, and finalize deals.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Field Representatives to ensure seamless lead handoffs and proper follow-ups.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Field Representatives to improve overall team performance.
- Roof Inspections
- Perform roof inspections as needed to evaluate damage, provide accurate assessments, and strengthen client confidence.
- Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during all inspections.
- Customer Service
- Maintain a customer-first mindset, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the sales process.
- Training and Development
- Attend all mandatory sales trainings, team meetings, and team-building events.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, product offerings, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 2 years of proven success in sales, with a focus on closing deals.
- Experience in roofing or construction sales is a strong plus.
- Skills:

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while meeting individual sales goals.
- Other Requirements:
- Comfortable with heights and able to safely navigate roofs for inspections.
