Job Title: Outpatient Clinician
Under the direction of the Northshire Assistant Director, the Outpatient Clinician provides a wide variety of clinical services to mental health and/or substance use clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides assessment and counseling to individuals and families with mental health and/or substance use problems
- May provide specialized assessment/screening services based on professional concentration and training
- Provides mental health and/or substance use consultation to community at large, area agencies, the professional community, and/or schools as required
Clinical Record-Keeping:
Initiates and maintains in a timely and thorough manner the wide variety of record keeping and administrative documentation required to account for our services to clients.
Administrative, Agency, and Clinical Team Meetings:
Attends and actively participates in the necessary coordinative, administrative, and clinical meetings designed to inform, problem solve, and coordinate services and programs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a master's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, psychiatric nursing, or related human services field
- Ability to navigate Windows management and utilize email
