Sr. Director of Strategy and Planning
This is a full-time hybrid position; located in Florida, Georgia, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia .
The Sr. Director of Strategy and Planning serves as the right hand to the Senior Vice President of Sales, playing a key role in strategy, operations, and execution. This dynamic role requires a high-performing professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The Sr. Director of Strategy and Planning will manage key projects, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and enable the SVP to focus on strategic priorities by streamlining decision-making and operational processes.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning and Execution :
Assist the SVP in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.
Manage high-priority projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP, providing counsel and insights on key business decisions.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Foster a collaborative culture within the sales team and across departments.
