United Direct Solutions is currently seeking a full-time Programmer!
This would be Hybrid schedule for training then fully remote
Schedule: 8:00AM- 5:00PM Monday- Friday
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
- Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Work on all aspects of development lifecycle where needed
- Works with other developers to ensure consistency with initial design
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to other developers
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as software architect
- Experience in software development and coding in various languages (VB, .NET, Javascript, C#, etc.)
- Database experience using SQL Server
- Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
- Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and UI/UX design
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles
- A technical mindset with great attention to detail
- High quality organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- MSC/BS in computer science, engineering, or relevant field; or at least 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
