What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Sales position at United Employment Group?
Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads and identify customer needs for parts and related products.
- Utilize strong knowledge of parts inventory to recommend and sell the most appropriate solutions.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within our system.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by providing clear communication and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Upsell and cross-sell parts and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Research and stay current on new parts, product lines, and industry trends.
- Work with internal warehouse/inventory associates and sales representatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, parts sales, or a related field.
- Travel up to 50% throughout the U.S. Canada
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone and through email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment or automotive parts and terminology highly preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
