HHA Responsibilities : Assist patients in their homes with all daily activities, under the instruction of the RN Case Manager.
These activities include everyday living. To include but not limited to : housekeeping, bathing and dressing, transportation, cooking, shopping, toileting medication, and mobility.
Always follow continence care as defined by the Plan of Care. Requirements : Must have an active and / or be willing to obtain, CPR / BLS, PRO Insurance, 1 Step PPD.
Must successfully pass a criminal background with fingerprint (pending state requirements). Recruiting Process : We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
