Position Summary

As a Regional Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes and effective coordination across departments. This role demands strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to manage payroll, caregiver management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll & Wages: Oversee contractor payroll, manage invoices, handle wage communications, and ensure accuracy.
• Leadership: Conduct office meetings, manage staff, and ensure effective office operations.
• Quality Assurance: Manage data cleanup, missed visits, and oversee onboarding and training.
• Administrative Duties: Ensure office coverage, handle patient inquiries, and manage HR compliance, orders, and billing corrections.
• Reporting & Oversight: Build staffing reports, manage documentation, and ensure confidentiality of all records.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in office management, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Professional appearance required.
