About this role
The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for new hire onboarding, employee training, and process optimization across departments. This role partners with managers to identify skill gaps, streamline workflows, and implement effective learning programs that support employee growth and business success. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels at building relationships, coaching employees, and designing development programs that drive engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities
New Hire Onboarding & Employee Development
- Own the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring employees are effectively integrated into the company, including 30-60-90 day check-ins.
- Develop and facilitate onboarding sessions, equipping new employees with the tools and knowledge needed for success.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes based on feedback and effectiveness metrics.
Training & Development
Process Optimization & Performance Improvement
