About the Role
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our food service department. As a UE Food Service Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Department Manager in overseeing all department duties, including ordering, merchandising, maintaining department conditions, and training department clerks. This includes assisting in interviewing, training, scheduling, performance, and productivity of all department team members. You will also contribute to the execution and meeting of financial goals and ensure quality and consistent product availability and solutions to our guests.
