- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities in English and spanish
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in using various software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
