What are the responsibilities and job description for the DevSecOps Developer and Trainer-US Citizens only federal position at United Global Technologies?

Offeror’s proposed candidate(s) must be a U.S. Citizen OR legally authorized to work in
the United States.
Must have a Computer Science or related bachelor degree and 10 years of experience or a Masters degree with 5 or more years’ experience.
Seeking a DevSecOps Developer and Trainer to expedite our DevSecOps strategy by :
- Satisfying operational support requests, thereby freeing more senior DevSecOps team members to focus on process and application improvements.
- Training and upskilling developers on modern CI / CD concepts and tools, ex. ADO Pipelines.
- Empowering the teams to self-help by evangelizing DevSecOps best practices at a level that teams can perform themselves.
Experience and understanding of YAML pipelines
Demonstrate familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar technology
Demonstrate familiarity with the following :
Docker
Kubernetes
AKS Azure cloud environment
Terraform
