- Documenting detailed progress notes and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Motivating and encouraging patients, particularly during challenging phases of their recovery.
- Managing patient databases and meticulously updating medical records.
- Staying informed about advancements in nursing practices and the broader medical field.
- Master's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Specialized experience in specific patient populations or medical conditions may be required.
