In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our Physician Practices and United Health Services Nursing and Medical Group leadership. You will work collaboratively with our Physician Practice leadership to manage clinical staffing and ensure effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Physician Practices as a liaison between the practices and United Health Services Nursing and Medical Group leadership
- Manage clinical staffing to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Collaborate with Physician Practice leadership to identify and address any issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting with evidence of having obtained proficiency in areas emphasized in the Registered Nurse curriculum
- Previous leadership and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Current NY State RN license
- CPR certification within 3 months of hire
