Overview
United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level technical and administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer of UHS and UHS Hospitals. Reporting directly to the VP/CHRO, the Executive Assistant has unique responsibilities that directly support senior leadership. The Executive Assistant performs a vast array of complex and highly confidential administrative and clerical support duties. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and have the ability to work independently while managing executive communications, as well as exercise a high level of professionalism and discretion, possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication management skills, be proficient in budget management, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.#IND1
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Executive communication management
- Expense/Invoice reporting and management
- Calendar management
- Coordination of employee recognition and awards programs
- Event planning
Education/Experience

Minimum Required:
- Associate’s Degree in Administrative Support or related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience at an Executive Management level providing administrative support or;
- Five (5) years of experience working at an Executive Management level, or;
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, i.e., Healthcare Administration, Communications.

- Previous hospital experience
- Previous experience as an assistant for an executive level position
