United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level technical and administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources/Chief Human Resources Officer of UHS and UHS Hospitals. Reporting directly to the VP/CHRO, the Executive Assistant has unique responsibilities that directly support senior leadership. The Executive Assistant performs a vast array of complex and highly confidential administrative and clerical support duties. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and have the ability to work independently while managing executive communications, as well as exercise a high level of professionalism and discretion, possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication management skills, be proficient in budget management, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Executive communication management
- Expense/Invoice reporting and management
- Calendar management
- Coordination of employee recognition and awards programs
- Event planning
Education/Experience
- Minimum Required:
- Associate’s Degree in Administrative Support or related field and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience at an Executive Management level providing administrative support or;
- Five (5) years of experience working at an Executive Management level, or;
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, i.e., Healthcare Administration, Communications.
- Preferred:
- Previous hospital experience
- Previous experience as an assistant for an executive level position
