Overview
Reporting to the System Director of Total Rewards and HR Technology, the Human Resource Technology Manager oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. In this role, you will ensure our HRIS systems meet performance standards, maintain data integrity, and operate efficiently. This is a key role in the HR division and works collaboratively with other HR Managers and Directors.

Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience within HRIS, with advanced Workday knowledge/skills.
Preferred:
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR designation preferred.
