Shift Notes : - 7 : 00PM - 7 : 30AM / 36 hours guaranteed / Must be willing to float to other units as needed / Must be willing to take charge shift as scheduled / Travelers will be required to make up any missed shifts prior to the end of their contract

Weekend Requirements : - Every other weekend

On Call Requirements : - Possible call

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Resume with psych experience and age groups listed Ex. Psych RN - Facility - (AGE GROUP / POPULATION) - DATES
• RTO cannot exceed 7 days
• Psych skills checklist (within the last year)
• 2 supervisory references from last 2 years of employment
• Certifications - c ertifications don't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain. Please include CPI if they have it. 8 hours of NBO will be added to the COA if they do not have an active CPI since they will complete it onsite.
• License - confirm they are willing and eligible to obtain (please include this in the profile)
• Driver's license or candidates address must be included in the submission packet (35 miles or less will result in rate decrease)
