We are looking for a positive, organized, and driven Sales Operations Coordinator to provide essential support to our Sales Leader and field sales team. The goal is to maximize team performance, drive efficiency, and contribute to the long-term success of United Home Experts (UHE).

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Leader in maintaining quality, accuracy, and process consistency within the sales team
- Provide frontline sales support by assisting Sales Estimators with SOWs and internal processes to generate and book orders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, & Production) to ensure seamless job execution
- Proactively communicate status updates to enable the sales team to focus on selling
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve everyday sales department challenges in a fast-moving environment
- Verify that Scopes of Work and all sales documentation is complete and error-free, contacting customers or sales reps as needed
- Work closely with senior sales and operations leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Provide customer support, acting as a point of contact between sales and installation teams
- Assist in arranging sales presentations and supporting materials (technical papers, customer references, etc.)
