Responsibilities
- Assist clients in navigating the real estate market by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers.
- Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that promote listings effectively.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to property management and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the buying or renting process.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales experience and understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- Proficiency in negotiation and marketing strategies
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Knowledge of property management and real estate law
- Previous administrative experience in a real estate setting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
