United HVAC Motors is seeking a dedicated and reliable Manufacturing Production Worker. As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in the assembly, manufacturing, and quality control of our products. You will be responsible for following established procedures and safety guidelines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and disassemble products or components using hand tools and/or equipment following production instructions and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, while maintaining equipment cleanliness.
- Assist co-workers in monitoring the production line to identify potential problems and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the production area to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accurate daily reports of production activities, as required.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but can train.
- Strong work ethic, with a focus on quality and efficiency. Paying attention to small details with high accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to report issues clearly and accurately.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
