Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Windows and Linux Administrator with 3 to 5 years of experience to join operations support team. This role involves working in rotational US shifts, supporting critical business operations across hybrid IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar distributions).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Linux environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file servers.
- Implement and manage clustering and high-availability solutions in Windows environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, patch management, and security.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolution of Linux-based system issues.
- Monitor system performance, security, and availability while optimizing resources.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting tools.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Perform patch management, vulnerability remediation, and ensure compliance with security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy infrastructure projects and provide support
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Basic scripting knowledge
- Understanding of network protocols, firewall configurations, and IT security principles.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
