- Must be well versed in Automation Framework design and Automation Scripting
- Should be familiar/worked with TDD/BDD Model
- Should be able to lead the team in global delivery model, meaning should be able to manage and co-ordinate with India-Offshore team
- Should be well versed with SaFe Agile Practices and Ceremonies
- Should be good in communication and Stakeholder management
