Job Description:
Mid Genesys Cloud CX Developer
5 plus years’ experience with non-voice Genesys Contact Center developer.
experience with predictive routing, engagements, so-browse, screen sharing, and/or agent assist development experienced.
Nice to have Visio call flow design experienced reading and creating, Inbound and outbound ,pure cloud.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
