Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance tasks assigned by the Arbor Crew Leader, contributing to the overall success of each project.
- Collaborate with other groundsmen on tasks such as tree removals, pruning, and debris disposal, learning valuable techniques and proper tool usage from experienced team members.
- Safely operate tools and equipment, including chainsaws, to complete assigned maintenance duties.
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free work site, ensuring safety for all team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and tools, performing necessary repairs and maintenance as required.
