Bluu Sales Department is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our dynamic team. As an account manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing relationships with our partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing initial training for new partners and conducting periodic training sessions for existing partners as needed. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiry via phone and email, providing effective solutions and coordinating with relevant department for issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial training sessions for new Sales Partners to familiarize them with our products, services, and systems.
- Provide ongoing training and updates to exiting partners to enhance their knowledge and performance.
- Handle partner inquiries promptly via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve partner issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain professional relationships with partners through regular meetings and effective communication.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies for each partner to maximize performance and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and advise existing partners on best practices and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate individual promotions and incentives as needed to drive partner engagement and success.
- Proactively re-activate inactive partners and manage relationships with terminated partners to explore opportunities for them to return.
- Train and manage new PBM Account Managers to ensure they are equipped to support partners effectively.
- Lead and supervise Account manage team member.
- Travel up to 25% to attend industry shows and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum Associate degree
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong communication skills, Korean & English both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Empathetic and patient approach to client interactions
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with Sales Partners
- Bilingual in Chinese and/or Spanish preferred
